Renovation Carpenter Western Sydney
How we approach renovations
Renovations are where cut-on-site carpentry matters most. Older homes are rarely square or level, so we measure what is actually there and cut every piece to suit, rather than forcing new work to fit a drawing.
Our team works directly for homeowners or as the carpentry crew for your builder, and we coordinate with plumbers, electricians and other trades so the job keeps moving.
Structural changes, such as removing a load-bearing wall, need an engineer's design and, depending on the work, approval. We work from that engineering and raise anything on site that does not match before we cut.

Approvals in NSW
Some outdoor structures can be built as exempt development if they meet every standard in the NSW Codes SEPP; others need a complying development certificate (CDC) or a DA from your council. Rules depend on size, height, setbacks and lot constraints such as heritage, bushfire or flood. Check your address on the NSW Planning Portal, and we will flag anything we notice when we quote.

Our difference
Why cut on site matters for renovations
Real sites are never exactly to plan. We measure the slab, walls and existing structure and cut every piece to suit, so renovations work lines up first time, with tighter joins, less waste and fewer call-backs. How cut-on-site carpentry works.

FAQ
Common questions
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Yes, with engineering. We install the beam or lintel specified by your engineer and re-frame around it. We can recommend an engineer if you do not have one.
Do you work with my builder?
Yes. We regularly work as the carpentry crew for builders on renovation projects.
Can you fix rotten or termite-damaged framing?
Yes. We open up the area, replace damaged timbers and re-fix linings or cladding. Termite treatment itself should be done by a licensed pest controller.
What if you find rot once walls are opened?
We stop, show you, and price the extra work before continuing, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
