How we approach cladding
Cladding is the face of the house, so it has to run straight and finish cleanly at every corner, window and door. That comes down to set-out and cutting on site to what is actually built.
We install cladding on new builds for builders and on existing homes for owners, including re-cladding sections damaged by weather and matching new boards to existing profiles where possible.
Each cladding system has its own manufacturer installation guide for battens, fixings, gaps and flashings. We install to those guides so the product warranty is not put at risk.

Approvals in NSW
Some outdoor structures can be built as exempt development if they meet every standard in the NSW Codes SEPP; others need a complying development certificate (CDC) or a DA from your council. Rules depend on size, height, setbacks and lot constraints such as heritage, bushfire or flood. Check your address on the NSW Planning Portal, and we will flag anything we notice when we quote.

Common questions
Can you replace just a damaged section of cladding?
Yes. We remove the damaged boards, check the frame and wrap behind, and cut new boards on site to fit the existing openings and corners.
Do you supply the cladding?
We can quote supply and install, or install only if your builder has already ordered the material.
Do you clad for builders?
Yes. Builders can engage us per job or on a schedule of rates.
